Chicken Old Ladies On A Bus

There are 3 whole Google pages of results for this recipe. But still I felt compelled to include this version because it comes from an Atlanta Junior League Cookbook (Atlanta Cooknotes) and includes lots of good cooking tips and anecdotal stories about Atlanta landmarks. I never heard of it before reading this cookbook- and maybe you haven't either! The recipe was developed from a conversation overheard between two old ladies on a bus.
